Inchworm from the Geometrical family . This little guy landed on our paper hanging from a silk thread. He’s going to make a very handsome moth someday.

It’s a little warmer today than yesterday but that means it’s a little drier! We found where all the blackberry was hiding on our last couple of transects but when all you have is blackberry to count it makes the work go a lot faster 🙂
We had a great time on our first day of transect surveys. A little wet and prickly but everyone handled it like champs 🙂
Dr. Huggins is helping us identify our woody plant specie before we get started on our transects.
We’re stoked to start cooking with our fresh local food we just picked up at the market!!
